Glad Garbage Bags “Ceiling Fan” & “Wedding Dress” [00:30]# The presenter familiar to “Archive” viewers form the Glad Bag campaign from a couple of years ago is back. This time to bug consumers into using Glad garbage bags. The first lady, who thinks her own garbage bags are good enough, Is terrorized by having a Glad Handle-Tie Garbage Bag “filled with last week’s garbage” gyrate from the ceiling fan in her newly-decorated bedroom. In the second spot a young bride in a white wedding dress declines the Glad Bag offer by saying she’d rather hang on to her current garbage bag. “There’s a thought,” the devilish Glad spokesman says, and in the next scene we see the bride hanging on to two Glad Handle-Tie Garbage Bags over a viat in which a pair of French peasants are stomping around in mushy red grapes. Glad – “Only the strong survive.”
