“Whatever ‘it’ is – you can get ‘it’ on
eBay” runs the slogan in this spot showcasing the range of stuff one can buy on
eBay. After a young woman’s wedding
ring slips off into the sink, we hear it rattling through the pipes and drains all
over the house. On its travels, the ring
sets many an “it” in motion: the soft toy
sitting on the shelf, the phone that
seems to be ringing, and the fashion-conscious four-legged friend. Landing out in
the water, the ring is snapped up by a
salmon which, sumptuously prepared,
subsequently lands – complete with the
jewellery item – on the dinner table in
front of a young couple. The young lady
and her beau smile radiantly when, finally, she extracts the gem from her mouth.
