Apple’s duo of spots employ a madcap style to emphasize the new features included in iPhone updates. The first film portrays the common anxiety a father feels when his slightly reckless first-time driver child sets off on the road. The iPhone’s Check In notification tells him that she arrived safely, putting his mind at ease. The second shows a young boy practicing karate chopping through wooden blocks. Thanks to his uncle’s iPhone 15 Plus (and its extended battery life), the futile activity can be filmed all through the night.
