An inferior diet can have lethal consequences. After seeing this humorously animated spot from BC Dairy Foundation, we learn that, even in prehistoric times, things could have a very nasty ending. In the first commercial, one of our ancestors is trying to prize open a can that he had previously given a proper shake, managing to squirt the contents right into his eyes in the process. Mother Nature ineluctably runs her course, with a dinosaur trampling the poor guy underfoot. In the second commercial, a bunch of Neanderthals is desperately trying to crack open a bottle of beer. The idea of trying to solve the problem by using what appears to be a rock in the water is not a very promising one. Someone had obviously been waiting there for the guys to come along. Tagline: Survival of the fittest. Drink milk.
