‘The Choice’: A highly-cinematic, 1970s era, high-stakes 91-second mini-drama demonstrates there are no bad choices when you watch Canal+.

An undercover cop arrives at a Metro station in a state of urgent agitation. After dashing down to the platform he receives a call from a criminal mastermind on the station phone, who tells him “she’s right on time … your … wife” His wife is on the next train, trapped behind a door with a time bomb strapped to it. He must choose between the red and the blue wire to defuse the bomb … except, the criminal mastermind announces “Cut the right wire, and everybody lives. Cut the wrong wire, and nobody dies”… that’s right, there are no wrong choices with this European broadcaster.
