More Info

An interactive documentary created from the wide range of data relating to a female grizzly collected during observation over
the 2001-2009 period as part of an endangered species protection program. The cursor can be used to navigate through the bear’s habitat, which is here interpreted in graphically minimalistic fashion, and follow her movements as recorded by a transmitter. There are also countless camera shots affording glimpses of the wild and rugged terrain. For her part, the bear sketches the 10 years as seen from her very own perspective.

Naoki Ito: “It visualizes the behavior of a bear. I feel ecosystem analysis will be the next trend.”
