In one, a man is hanging above the abyss on a Mars-like planet, panicking over his lost credit card and keys, while in another a guy surrounded by crocodiles is seeking approval on a mortgage to help him buy an apartment. In both cases, a member of the ING Direct steps in to provide help at the decisive moment. Both spots are said to be based on recorded calls made to the bank.
