A while ago, we asked you to design a new print ad promoting our Students Contest.   First of all, thanks to all of you who took part in the competition and sent in your creative and original contributions!   But as there can only be one winner, we had to make a decision. To be honest, one piece of work caught our attention from the start and so it was a clear-cut choice.   Winner: The hilarious ad designed by Ruben Santos and Francisco Chatimsky features embarrassing mug shots from a college yearbook. Winning the Lürzer’s Archive Student of the Year Award is truly a much better way of being remembered by fellow classmates.   Not only will we award the winner with a one-year print and online subscription to Lürzer’s Archive, but we will also feature the print as the new house ad promoting our Students Contest in the magazine.   We were really impressed with some of your witty ideas and here are the runners-up who will be awarded a one-year print subscription to Lürzer’s Archive Magazine and a copy of our 200 Best Ad Photographers Special.   Second Place: The ad features an ostrich with a pencil-neck and was produced by Pavel Luk'yanov, student of Marketing Communications in Moscow.   Third Place: A blank page with an A+ created again by Ruben Santos.   Second place winner, Pavel Luk'yanov is student at the Institute of Marketing Communications in Moscow.   A big CONGRATULATIONS to all the winners!   The winning ad created by Ruben Santos and Francisco Chatimsky from Brandia Central, Portugal.
