Biography
Juan Jose Posada studied graphic design and advertising. Has worked for Havas, McCann, BBDO, Ogilvy, Geometry, Grey and VML. Always surrounded by great teams, has obtained a couple of Colombia´s first evers like:
Global Design Company of the year, Regional Agency of the year – South America and Regional Design Company of the year – South America all at 2023’s LIA Awards as well as a One Show Gold pencil, a Cannes Gold in Design, ADC’s coveted Designism cube and WPP´s Crème de la Crème, as well as a Grand Prix in Packaging Design at LIA 2023, a Best in Show in Commarts Advertising Annual 2023, A Grand Clio in 2024, 2 Best of Discipline in ADC in 2024, among 23 more Grand Prix awards.
Juan has also been awarded at Cannes Lions during 15 different years in 17 different categories as well as in the prestigious D&AD, One Show, London International Awards, Effies, Jay Chiat, Clio, ADC, Epica, Andy’s among many other regional and local ones.
He has presided the Promo & Activation, Outdoor, Interactive and Mobile jury at Dubai Lynx (2018), Argentina´s El Ojo de Iberoamerica Promo (2015), Brazil's Wave Festival in Promo and Design (2014) and Young Lions Colombia (2015), as well as Jury for Cannes Lions in Design and Promo and D&AD in Direct.
He is currently Partner & Chief Creative Officer at ( anónimo ) Mexico.
