Bravura and innovative conceptual and technical impact, backed by extensive and seriously relevant research and thought that operates at global scale, puts Olafur Eliasson regularly near the top of global art rankings.

If you haven’t seen a few of this Icelandic artist’s major installations then you are definitely missing out: Eliasson has been pushing the boundaries of what it is to think and be creative for a decade or more. If you need a rapid primer then this latest major show gives you a chance to catch up. The new work in the exhibition eludes description, other than – as the show title suggests – being about the interconnectedness of everything. Eliasson manages to deliver that condensed into engaging and intense experiences. Given the strong environmental concern in Eliasson’s work, if you have to travel far to see this exhibition, then don’t forget to carbon-offset generously.
