As part of Apple’s annual Chinese New Year celebration shot on an iPhone, the Year of the Dragon is marked by this 15-minute film. The film explores Gen Z issues in China and follows a young girl called Wei. The tale of self-discovery takes a fantastical route as Wei is shown to have the ability to shapeshift and modify her age, personality, and gender, further highlighting the theme of identity at the heart of the story.
