This ad quite literally acts as a visual representation of how dangerous it is when someone with Type 2 diabetes ignores the risks associated with this condition, most notably the possibility of heart failure. We see a ship in which the engine breaks down after all the warning signs were ignored. Yet the ad has a happy ending once the engine splutters back to life – but not everyone is lucky enough to get a second chance. Pay-off: Know the danger. Before it becomes major.
