Barilla “Le Museé” and ” Sauces Toscanes” [00:30]#
A woman takes refuge from the rain in a museum. She admires the beautiful shells exhibited there. She picks up one of them, holds it to her ear. But it slips from her fingers and smashes into a thousand pieces. Luckily, she had been shopping before so she takes out one Barilla’s pasta shells and replaces the broken one. When the curator puts it to his ear he “can hear the water boil” – according to Barilla’s claim.
The commercial for Barilla’s spaghetti sauces shows a couple in some newly bought weekend retreat, a drafty old farmhouse in desperate need of repair. The woman puts a pot on the fire and tills it with spaghetti. However, the wind picks up and causes a gun to fall from a stand, discharging a bullet witch hits the one and only pot. This accident rules out spaghetti for dinner but the two find the spaghetti sauce quite delicious on its own.
