Bavaria “Call Of The Wild” (01:30) #
The Dutch brewer has adopted the
tagline “Now it’s time for a Bavaria” to
exhort men to heed the call of the wild.
While standing at the ironing board or in
the supermarket, the men speak of the
challenge to display their naturally endowed
manly instincts in what have
become wimpishly feminized lives. Hundreds
of them are subsequently to be
seen running out of the town and –
sporting long beards and accompanied
by howling wolves – roaming the forests
and emitting fierce grunt-like sounds.
Yet, on arriving at a pub in the middle
of open country, they appear to have
reached their goal and start roaring the
word “Bavaria.” “Time for a Bavaria.”
