BMW : “Pool” [01:00]# A high diver jumps from 10 meters into a pool that happens to be empty. It looks like she is going to split her head open on the concrete, but her fall is broken by invisible pool water. She swims through the pool, as if flying through the air, until she comes to a BMW that is submerged in the “water.” The car also has features that are there, although one cannot see them. There is no gear shifter, no switch for the lights, not even an ignition key. Nothing is there to distract drivers from their task – driving. Reminiscent of a famous Portishead music video, this spot directed by Daniel Barber is especially remarkable in visual terms.
