More Info
L’Oréal Caribe Mizani campaign celebrating the legacy of braided hair for the Afro-descended Puerto Rican population, for whom hair discrimination is still prevalent. Running in the lead up to a vote on the introduction of a bill to ban hair discrimination, braided hairstyles were developed that reflected traditional slavery patterns depicting maps to freedom.
