Mark is excited when Julie invites him to sleep over after her party. “I’ll just go slip into something more comfortable,” she says, and he needs a drink to calm himself before the big night ahead. But when she comes back in sweats with a toothbrush hanging from her mouth, and blankets for the couch on which he is to sleep – alone – he seems somewhat disappointed.
