A French “gendarme” is on his beat at a flower shop, flirting with the pretty salesgirl when his communicator announces an emergency bulletin: a band of notorious armed bank robbers have struck again and are heading his way. He bids the girl adieu and springs into action, commandeering a car – a Peugeot 605 – and racing toward the action. Another announcement informs him that the robbers have escaped in a car – a Peugeot 605. Oh no, now the police are after him! Hopefully he has legal expenses insurance from Centraal Beheer.
