Slow-motion. A car brakes on a street. Super: “How much longer is your breaking distance if you’re only 5mph faster than the speed limit?” While the viewer holds his breath waiting to see why rhe car has to brake, the voice from the slowly counts how many feet the car takes before … hitting a small boy. Shocking on account of the fact that rhis is not what one was expecting. Winner in the Public Interest category at the Epica Awards.
