Desenfriol “Vudu” (01:00) #
This commercial for the Spanish pharmaceuticals company pits the two against
each other in a scene that shows us an
office worker whose desk is stacked high
with work by the boss just as he is about
to leave. Seeking revenge, the guy reaches
for his voodoo doll in the drawer, placing
it upside down in a glass of water, causing
the boss to be generously doused with
dirty water from a nearby puddle as a car
whooshes by. Yet neither the keen wind,
to which the doll is exposed on being
held out of the car window, nor a bitterly
cold night the poor thing has to spend out
in the snow are enough to prevent the
boss from showing up, bright-eyed and
bushy-tailed, at the company the next day.
