Steve Vranakis: “As a maker of a few Chrome Experiments myself, I was delighted to see the new Disney ‘Find your way to Oz’
experiment. It’s a complete assault on the senses and I found myself not believing that this was all actually happening in a browser.
From the caravan that houses things like the lovely ‘music box’ to the ‘pictures in motion’ (my favorite) in the big tent, and the epic balloon ride that saw me get completely encompassed by some sort of tornado. It feels big and cinematic and interactive, everything a film should feel like in this day and age. This site pushes the boundaries
of the web as we know it and it’s easy to lose yourself in it for hours as you try to find your way to Oz.”
