Campaign sponsored by the German Road Safety Council in cooperation with the German Ministry of Transport addressing the fact that only 7% of women between the ages of 17 and 30 wear helmets while riding their bikes. Since the most common reason for this is sheer vanity, or the fear of ruining their hair, this fashion faux pas was turned into a fashion statement: the #helmethairstyle.
