Ah, the joys of destruction! To the strains
of the “Witches Choir” from Verdi’s
“Macbeth” we enter a palatial home
complete with marble statues and chandeliers.
Within seconds, machine gun
salvos shoot the fancy place up, there
are explosions everywhere, and we
seem to have gotten inside some Mafia
inferno. In the end, it turns out that it
was only “Black,” a new game for Play-
Station 2 that immerses players in its
violent world.
