Endangered Syndrome

FCB, Toronto

[1.19.001]

More Info

An appeal from the Canadian Down Syndrome Society to put people with
Down syndrome on the Red List of Threatened Species. Endangered
species receive funding, protection, government intervention and
public awareness – and that, says the campaign, is what people
with Down syndrome also deserve. Members of the Down syndrome
community dressed as threatened animal species thus explain why
they, too, should be granted endangered status.

Damian Nunez: “A fresh take on a somehow ‘old’ problem. Borrowing
elements from other well know social initiatives, with a touch of humor
and a lot of human.”
