Fancine “Spirits,” “Forest”
A bunch have sat down at a table to seek contact to the souls of the departed. These latter do then appear, a little girl with a bloodied face, and a spirit who whips off an older woman’s top. In another set of spots, a woman in a mistshrouded forest is running to escape a chainsaw killer, absurd impediments –
skis, hurdles, a double bass – being added each time she tries to flee. The worse it is, the better it is – thus the watchword of the Malaga Horror Festival.
