Ford “Inclined World”
A strange world we enter upon watching this spot. Everything – the buildings, the drinks, the fruit rolling down the road – appears to be a little twisted and slanting, with even the trees growing sideways. Only the new Ford, unfazed by all this, continues to travel in a normal horizontal trajectory. But then the riddle is solved: flip the image and, suddenly, the Ford itself is in an inclined position, All this – plus a rhyming VO – to show us that Ford’s hill launch assist makes it as easy to start on a hill as on the flat.
