Many patients don’t realize how dangerous being prescribed opioids
can be, and how quickly they can get addicted. Truth set up a display
on a sidewalk showing a real person, Rebekkah, undergoing an opioid
detox. By displaying her torment so openly, she is hoping to help save
someone else before they get into that same mess.
Damian Nunez: “I really liked this campaign, specifically the live part
of it. I don’t usually go for the shock, but this is an experience that can
make you reevaluate your approach to the subject. The live streaming
is key to generate that extra engagement which will otherwise get lost
in a sea of CSR campaigns.”
