Knock the Vote “Don’t Vote”#
As this year’s US midterm elections approached, an organization dedicated to getting Democratic candidates elected sought to persuade young people to turn out and vote by running a campaign showing smug older people encouraging millennials to do just the opposite, i.e. not to vote. Everything, say these older folk, is – at least when seen from their perspective – fine just the way it is.
