A demonstration of the differences between
safety manufacturing guidelines as applied to
children’s toys and to handguns. What at first
appears to be just a soft toy spins around to
reveal it is a teddy whose face is a revolver. An
appeal from Illinois Council Against Handgun Violence
urging people to put pressure on Congress
to impose stricter gun safety requirements.
