McDonald’s “Wish” (00:40)# McDonald’s are generally aiming to further customer intimacy through children’s birthday parties, lotteries and a constantly changing menu to suit all tastes, etc. Completely new is their online service providing loyal followers with a platform for individual contributions. McDo TV, so to speak. The offerings might not be to everybody’s liking but it’s ultimately more about self-expression, anyway. Nobody is being coerced into watching it, or are they?
