“The Comments Section”: Ad made from 100% real online comments. Two dog groomers share an image of a dog they’ve just clipped online. Immediately on upload a huge bandstand appears before them, with the people making the comments shouting them out. This is happening everywhere where anything controversial is happening – in front of a wind turbine, an AI-augmented muscle man, even in space – is the earth flat? Nothing is safe, not even tea. Things become more and more out of hand, with people screaming at one another, and our dog groomers (now in a huge bandstand) wonder aloud if anything unites us anymore … and then they spot a man barbecuing lamb. “Get out of the comments and into the cutlets” he shouts, after the bandstand is united in awe as a woman takes a bite from a lamb chop. Peace is restored as they all leave the comments section and meet in real life, to eat barbecued lamb.
