This hilarious spot for New Balance athletic footwear sports begins with a scene
in which a young guy out driving suddenly
realizes he has run something over. He
gets out of the car and sees a skunk lying
in the road, the animal apparently dead.
With the help of his sports shoes, he
seeks to resuscitate the creature, and
actually manages to do so. Cheerful music
strikes up and the whole picture turns very
colourful, with butterflies fluttering through
the air, flowers springing up out of the
earth, and a bright rainbow appearing in
the sky. Finally, one sees a NB ZIP brand
shoe with the words “Energy in, energy
out.”
