Apparently the woman has had her face lifted (thanks to computer animation, as we see the effect right before our eyes), she had her breasts enlarged a year after, her lips made fuller and her nose straightened. We can see each change in the woman driver as her husband talks about it. Now he only recognises his wife, he admits, because of the Almera she drives, which is as beautiful as it was the day she bought it.
