A young woman accompanied by an older Indian lady gives us a peek into her life of luxury. The women we originally took to be best friends have, however, a rather different relationship than that we imagined it to be. A flashback tells us why: the young woman buys a lottery ticket from the Indian tobacconist and promises that, in the event of a win, she will share her fortune with her. Promise given, promise kept.
