Oregon Lottery: “Deal or No Deal” [00:30]# This animated spot takes an ironic look at the acquisition of Alaska in 1867 as part of a treaty drawn up between the USA and Russia. Two ships meet off the coast of Alaska to negotiate the deal. Responding to the question – “Deal or no deal?” – put by his Russian partner, Thomas Jefferson reflects briefly and decides in favor of purchasing the territory. Pay-off: “Some deals are worth making, like the Deal or No Deal Scratch It from the Oregon Lottery.”
