The spot opens on an ego perspective
showing gloved hands unfurling a roll of
paper. It subsequently emerges that this is
the blueprint for the construction of a
robot. Shaky pictures, similar to those produced by a handheld, follow the actions of
the busy hands. The welding torch flame
is lit, metallic parts are sawn, screws
inserted, hinges oiled. The process ends
with the flick of a little lever. A little robot
awakes, and the creator is itself a robot.
Hand in hand, the two walk off towards
the Papalote Children’s Museum.
