Birds and sea creatures washed up on the
beach coated all over in oil are, sadly, a familiar
enough sight, yet what comes ashore here is
a human being – perhaps, in fact, the very
last of the species. A commercial for environmental
organization Quercus chastising the
local factories and refineries that pollute the
surrounding Portuguese beaches.
