The sale of residential real estate has always been the same, but we’ve found a new way to promote and sell a project that will be built in a couple of years. We discovered that gamers have grown up, they’re no longer kids, and now they have purchasing power. According to the Entertainment Software Association, the average age of gamers in Latam is between 28 and 44 years old, an age at which they can already afford consoles, gaming PCs, video games, skins, battle passes, and now, their next apartment.
Using Unreal Editor, Fortnite’s building platform, we created the entire residential project within the video game, turning the game into a new tool for real estate sales and promotion. While playing online, without leaving home, you can explore the entire residential project: the apartments, pool, gym, clubhouse, courts, walking trails, and receive information from online sales advisors—all without getting up from your chair.
