Regain Health Drink “Japanese Business Man” I & II [00:30]# The spot open with a model plane flying over a model island. Then cut to interior of the plane and the stewardess’s swaying posterior, then the hero in a white suit in his seat singing the Regain anthem: “Can you work hard for 24 hours? Regain, Regain, Our Regain, Attach case is the symbol of courage. Businessman. Businessman. Japanese businessman.” Cut to the lead singer riding plane propeller, then descending aircraft steps, then in back of a limousine with a businessman, still clutching his Regain. This jingle is a monster hit and sung all night by businessmen in Karaoke bars. In the second commercial in this campaign, a Japanese businessman sprints down the steps outside the Doges Palace. He is clutching a large wrapped object under his arm. He sings the Regain anthem as he races through St. Marks Square scattering pigeons and Venetians. Cut to a Teutonic businessman presenting an architectural model to the city fathers. Cut to Regain hero with pack singing on a flag. Just as hands will be shaken on a deal, the Japanese bursts in and thumps his model on the table. The day is won. Applause all round.
