The Calgary Stampede rodeo is “The Greatest Outdoor Show on Earth” attracting over 1.4 million people per year.
As a tribute to the Canadian ranchers supplying our beef McDonald’s recreated the iconic visual of riding off into the sunset but with our riders striding into the glow of the Golden Arches of McDonald’s locations in the Calgary skyline.
We commissioned an artist to hand paint the series of Calgary cityscapes that were displayed on outdoor media in and around the Stampede grounds.
