Road Safety Authority “Never Let Go”#
Faces, arms and bodies rotate at strange angles in slowly swirling images as people gradually drift apart. There is then a thud and we see the driver of a car and his front-seat passenger after an accident in which the car flipped. That’s just how dangerous worn tires can be.
