Seiko “Birthday Cake” [00:30]# This spot opens on a huge birthday cake in the middle of a formal banqueting hall. Suddenly, a bodacious blonde pops out, complete with firecrackers and confetti.. She begins to dance, then lok confused. The room is totally empty except for a very proper waiter who is polishing glasses. He barely pauses to heave her a contemptuous look.
