Sky Movies “Billboards” (00:60) #
This latest commercial for digital channel
SkyMovies extols the virtues of movies
without commercial breaks. We see a
town in which all the billboards appear to
be empty and deserted. Nowhere is any
kind of advertising to be seen. The camera
pans across the roofs to the strains of
“Pure Imagination,” a number from the
soundtrack to “Willy Wonka and the
Chocolate Factory,” sung by Gene Wilder.
Super: “Because you like your movies with
no interruptions we took away the ads.”
