“Butcher´s Shop” + “Greengrocer´s” [00:30]#Two eerily surrealistic spots in which the way some banks deal with their customers are transferred to the area of other services. In the first commercial, a customer in a butcher´s shop is more or less ignored since she forgot to draw a number before addressing the shop assistent with her request. VO: “If you don´t want to be treated like a numer in a shop, why accept it from a bank?” In the second spot, we are at a greengrocer´s where the sales staff pertlyy interrogate the potential customer what she intends to do with the radishes she wants, and announce that they´ll have to call their head office since the customer´s husband just bought radishes the day before. VO: “If you wouldn´t accept a shop calling the head office for every little thing, why accept it from a bank?” Claim: “SNS Bank. Grown big by staying small.”
