Responding to a woman journalist’s question as to why Bush really wanted to wage the war, the latter gets a really bad case of the stutters. Suddenly, he jumps up like a Russian matryoshka nestling doll, revealing former secretary of state Condoleezza Rice and former defense secretary Donald Rumsfeld – also stuttering – beneath.
