“Still Speaking up” is an initiative of Propuesta Cívica (Civic Proposal) to create social awareness of violence against journalists. Modern technology made it possible to bring a murdered journalist back from death to make a critical request to Mexico’s President and Governors: putting a stop to violence against the press.
