There is a lot of advice on the internet about how to cope with long-haul flight symptoms, yet the project “Sweatlag” is designed to be a real solution to beating jetlag. It is a special workout class that helps muscles synchronize to a new time zone, to reduce stiffness due to travel, and help bodies reset. Unfortunately, the classes are only available in L.A. – and only to people who recently took a flight and are able to prove that by presenting a boarding pass.
Rafael Segri & Kiko Mattoso: “Long flights are tough, and jetlag is a real problem, so it’s good to know that an airline is trying to make life better by teaching people exercises that helps to solve this problem. Does it really work? I have no idea, but we liked the unexpected partnership with an airline company and a gym in a way that makes sense, and the series of video classes looks cool.”
