The Thai Health Promotion Foundation warning about a phenomenon that occurs when driving fast, the so-called tunnel vision effect that causes peripheral vision to be blurred and the blind spot to enlarge. We see the effect this has when a little dog coming from nowhere onto the carriageway, causes a collision in which two motorcyclists crash to their death.
