The National Board of Health “Exercise”(00:40) #
To stay fit, the human body needs
about 30 minutes of sports activities per
day – that, at least, is the claim made by
the voiceover in this Danish spot. Next,
we are informed about various ways of
achieving this. Walking instead of driving,
cycling instead of taking a bus,
using the stairs instead of the lift, etc.
During all this, we see a thief snatching
a woman’s handbag in the street. She
takes up pursuit, runs after him, sprints
after him on a bicycle and finally corners
him on the top floor of an office building.
Because the thief is now terribly out
of breath, our fitness fanatic is easily
able to reclaim her bag.
