“Road Trip” [01:00]#
This spot was filmed with rotoscope effects. It starts as a video-game-like animated film, but as the Toyota races through the city it tears into another dimension. It rips open the fabric of the animated city to reveal a real world underneath. A slow-motion slide into a parking space at the end affords a final view of the car’s lines, before they are again covered by the animation effects.
